Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Dunkel offers its customers the right to request an exchange or cancellation under the following conditions:
Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving their order, provided that the item:

Is unused and shows no signs of wear

Has all original tags attached

Is returned in its original packaging
Please note that customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for exchange.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests must follow our return policy.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, customers should contact our support team for assistance and instructions on the appropriate resolution process.
Dunkel reserves the right to refuse any exchange or cancellation request that does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
Refund Policy
Dunkel processes refunds after the returned products have been received and inspected.
Once the return has been approved, the refund may be issued through one of the following methods:

A refund may be denied if the returned product shows signs of improper use, customer-caused damage, or is missing any of the original items included with the order.
