Refund policy

Dunkel offers its customers the right to request exchanges or cancellations according to the conditions below:

Exchanges:
The customer may request an exchange of the product within 7 calendar days of receiving the order, provided that the item:

* Shows no signs of use
* Has original tags
* Is returned in its original packaging

Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for exchange.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. After the merchandise has been dispatched, cancellations must follow the return policy.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact our support team for analysis and guidance on the appropriate procedure.

Dunkel reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet the conditions described in this policy.

Dunkel refunds will be processed after the returned products have been received and analyzed.

After the return is approved, the refund may be issued via:

- Credit card reversal
- Bank transfer refund
- Store credit

Processing time may vary depending on the payment processor or financial institution.

The refund may be refused if the product shows signs of improper use, damage caused by the customer, or is missing any original items sent.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of operational error or proven product defect.
